Accessibility

ACL Live provides complimentary wheelchairs to Guests with special needs when requested during shows. 

For Guests who arrive with their own wheelchairs, we provide wheelchair storage should you wish to switch from your chair to your ticketed seat.  

Both our Backstage and Self-Guided Tours are fully wheelchair accessible for patrons.

ACL Live at the Moody Theater offers accessible seating on each level. Wheelchair seats are removable seating that can accommodate mobility devices. Companion seating is standard theatrical seating in line with adjacent wheelchair spaces.

Accessible seating is available by request for shows at ACL Live at 3TEN. The venue is General Admission. Please contact us at info@acllive.com to request an accomodation.

Service animals and guide dogs are welcome in ACL Live.

Certain shows may contain audio and visual elements that include strobe lighting or fog machines. If those items are in use, signage will clearly state as such in a spot visible before entering the auditorium.

There are several paid parking lots and street meters around ACL Live.  Please visit Paid Parking | AustinTexas.gov for public parking information. 

Please take note of the nearest exit to your seat when you arrive at the venue. Please use caution when using the stairs during an evacuation. Elevators will be locked for your safety and they will not be in operation in the event of an evacuation.

All restrooms at ACL Live are accessible by wheelchair. There are restrooms in both the upper and lower levels. 

The elevator is accessible from the street level and located directly next to the venue box office. The elevator can take you to any level of the venue and will be near the left side of the house. You may prefer to look for tickets in Floor sections 4 or 5, Mezzanine sections 5 or 6, or Balcony section 5. 
The uppermost rows of the mezzanine and balcony will require the least if any, steps.
