How long is the ACL Live tour?
Your guided tour experience will take about 90 minutes.
How many guests will be on the tour?
Each tour has a maximum capacity of 20 people.
How frequently does the tour take place?
Tours are available Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 2 PM, except holidays and select dates. Please check the tour calendar for available dates and times.
Should I buy tickets in advance?
We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance online at acllive.com. The box office will be open 30 mins before the day's first tour and remain open until 30 min after the day's last tour.

Can I cancel, change, or refund my tickets?
All sales are final. If you would like to reschedule, please contact info@acllive.com at least 48 hours in advance.
Where do I meet my tour guide?
Please meet your tour guide 10 minutes before the tour starts in front of the ACL Live box office at 310 W. Willie Nelson Blvd.
What bags are allowed?
Backpacks and large bags that exceed 11”x17” are not allowed. Necessary diaper bags and medical bags are subject to inspection before entry. All bags and purses are subject to inspection.
Do children tour free?
Children 12 & under can tour for free with a parent or guardian.
Is the tour accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes! The venue and tour are wheelchair accessible.
Can I take photos during the tour?
Photos are highly encouraged! However, no photos are allowed backstage or of the interactive photo exhibit.

Is there merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, the final stop on the tour is the ACL Live Shop. Don't forget to pick up your commemorative photo package!
